My approach centres on an Organic First Talent Attraction Strategy, anticipating the shift in candidate behaviour towards AI driven job search. By aligning talent acquisition strategies with emerging agentic AI experiences, including Google's Career Dreamer and ChatGPT Jobs, I ensure organisations aren't just broadly visible, but contextually and deeply relevant across the entire candidate journey.
